Functional EDC hip bag for everyday use and deployment
The EDC hip bag is a compact hip bag or fanny pack for quick access to important equipment in everyday life, when traveling, for outdoor use and in a tactical environment. With a volume of 2 liters, robust workmanship and functional design, it is a practical EDC bag for users who want to carry equipment close to the body, safely and organized.
Operation & structure
There is an 8 × 8 cm patch area on the front. The front zippered pocket is equipped with a single zipper and is suitable for items that need to be quickly accessible.
The main compartment has a double zipper and is lined on the inside with Velcro velour. This means that various Velcro modules can be used to organize the interior. This allows the bag to be individually adapted to the respective application. Matching Velcro modules are optionally available.
The main compartment and additional compartments provide space for important everyday items. These include, for example, a smartphone, wallet, keys, small first aid kits, passport, snacks for on the go, compass or similar compact items of equipment.
Compatibility & fit
There are 8 × 8 cm wings on the side of the base of the bag. These are each equipped with 2 × 2 MOLLE loops and enable the attachment of additional small MOLLE pouches or compact items of equipment such as lamps, knives or similar accessories. This means that the hip bag can be modularly extended if required.
The hip belt is firmly sewn, 4 cm wide and equipped with a solid plastic buckle. It can be tightened on both sides and is adjustable for a hip circumference of 50 to 115 cm. The hip bag is not designed as a crossbody bag, but for carrying on the hip.
Material & dimensions
The hip bag is made from CORDURA® polyamide 6.6, a durable, dirt and water-repellent material that is suitable for daily use in demanding conditions. The bag is IRR/NIR-equipped, is manufactured in Germany and has an unpadded design. This means it lies flat against the body and is not unnecessarily bulky.
