The MMS duty belt adapter makes it possible to carry our MMS magazine carriers or the first aid equipment on the unpadded duty belts. The adapter can be connected horizontally, vertically and also diagonally by means of the rear velcro attachment. 6 additional molle loops permit yet another load. On the front, a shear safety device ensures a secure hold of the attached velcro magazine pouches and prevents unintentional loss.
