The map case is the reliable companion for anyone who needs to keep an overview during operations. As a tactical map case, it was developed for command and reporting structures in the German Armed Forces and BOS, but has also proven its worth with the police, fire department, THW and other professional users.
The robust CORDURA® 560 DEN reliably protects situation maps, report sheets, checklists and digital end devices and enables quick access - in daily duty, during training and in hot operations.
Thanks to its slim format, the map report pouch can be worn comfortably over duty or weatherproof clothing. There is sufficient space inside for folded cards, a writing case or a tablet up to approx. 10". The clearly structured layout ensures that all command equipment remains organized, protected and immediately to hand - in the command post, in the vehicle or on the march.
The map report pouch is opened via a large Velcro flap, which allows quick access during deployment. The flap contains a flat zippered compartment (approx. 16 × 24 cm), ideal for frequently required documents, legends or report forms.
The inner main compartment with dividers can hold folded cards, writing folders or tablets up to approx. 10". It is supplemented by a Velcro insert pocket (approx. 24 × 8 cm), in which markers, rulers, compasses or other writing and guiding aids can be securely stowed without sliding around loosely.
There is an additional zippered compartment (approx. 25 × 24 cm) on the back for flat documents, report sheets or map attachments. A Velcro surface (2.5 × 15 cm) is attached to the front, to which name tape, function or unit identification can be attached - ideal for quick identification in the command post or command post.
The card registration pouch is designed for long periods of use and lots of movement. A 25 mm wide, length-adjustable shoulder strap ensures that the bag can be worn comfortably over a jacket or weatherproof clothing. The loop is attached to the top loops of the bag using robust buckles and can be quickly released or adjusted as required.
A compact carrying handle makes it easy to move quickly, for example when switching between vehicle, command post and outdoors. The flat silhouette ensures that freedom of movement is hardly restricted when walking, standing or working in the emergency vehicle.
Made from abrasion-resistant, dimensionally stable and easy-care CORDURA® 560 DEN with NIR/IRR finish, the map pouch is robust enough for everyday duty and demanding deployment scenarios. The material protects the contents from mechanical stress and weathering and retains its shape even with frequent use.
The result is a durable, professional tool for situation management, operational planning and command and control work that is optimally tailored to military and official requirements.
