Not every material can be effectively processed with every product design or manufacturing method. For this reason, the choice of materials is reviewed and coordinated before production begins.

Materials and components may be provided by the client. Whether Zentauron can procure project-specific materials or components is assessed as part of the inquiry.
Before a quote is prepared, the following should be clarified:
- which material is to be processed
- whether the material is already available
- whether specific manufacturers or grades are required
- what color and material thickness are required
- which zippers, buckles, or hardware are to be used
- whether alternative materials are permitted
Minimum order quantities, delivery times, and material prices can influence the scope of the project and the potential production timeline.
Cutting as a preliminary production step
Clearly defined and reproducible pattern pieces are required for sewing production.
Depending on the project, the cut pieces can be provided or arranged separately.

Production Project Process

You send us a description of the project along with any available samples, drawings, cutting data, and material specifications.
2. Feasibility Assessment
We assess whether the product can, in principle, be manufactured using the specified materials and production steps.
In doing so, we take the following into particular consideration:

3. Coordination
Any outstanding technical and organizational questions are clarified. These include, in particular, the product design, material procurement, quantity, and the desired timeline.
4. Sample or Prototype
If necessary, a sample or prototype is produced first. This serves as the basis for testing, adjustment, and approval.
5. Approval
Prior to series production, the agreed-upon design and the relevant manufacturing documents are approved.
6. Production
The products are manufactured in accordance with the agreed-upon design and quantity.
7. Preparation or Delivery
Once production is complete, the products are made available or shipped in accordance with the agreement.

Does Zentauron also handle cutting?
