The products in this category differ primarily in their design and attachment methods. A complete leg pouch combines the pouch itself with a leg platform and additional stabilization on the thigh.

A MOLLE leg plate, on the other hand, serves as a modular mounting surface. Suitable MOLLE pouches can be attached to it and arranged according to the specific mission requirements. Detachable systems allow a pouch to be removed from the platform or used on another compatible mounting surface.

Organizers and internal compartments facilitate the structured storage of bandages, tourniquets, compresses, and other first-aid supplies.

Attachment to Belts and Thighs

Depending on the model, leg pouches and leg platforms are attached to a belt, tactical belt, battle belt, or a belt loop. In complete leg systems, adjustable leg straps stabilize the platform on the thigh.
