Data sheet
The Belly Pack is a compact, modular chest and equipment pouch with MOLLE for users who need to carry important equipment close to the body, organized and quickly accessible. The focus is on emergency services, military users, government users and vehicle crews. The Belly Pack really comes into its own in situations where equipment needs to be within easy reach in the vehicle, when dismounting or on the move. In addition to professional use, it is also suitable for bushcrafters, outdoor users and hikers on marches or longer tours.
The trapezoidal shape supports a close-to-the-body carrying style, maintains freedom of movement and allows easier access to the contents. At the same time, the shape creates a usable volume in the interior without being unnecessarily bulky. This means that the Belly Pack is also comfortable to use in dynamic positions and for longer periods of use.
The main compartment is opened via a 2-way zipper. The rubber pulls serve as a pulling aid and make it easier to open, even when wearing gloves. This improves usability in cold, wet conditions or under load.
The inside of the Belly Pack is fully lined with Velcro. This allows Velcro modules, organizers and other suitable inserts to be flexibly positioned in the interior. This allows the bag to be adapted to different equipment profiles and purposes. Equipment is not transported loose, but is clearly organized and quickly accessible.
There is an open slide-in compartment on the back, which is not completely closed at the side. It is designed for short-term stowage of the carrying system and for quick storage of gloves.
The Belly Pack also offers additional expansion options on the outside. There are 3 × 4 MOLLE Velcro loops in the upper area of the front. This area is suitable for labels, patches or smaller additional equipment.
2 × 6 MOLLE webbing loops are sewn onto the lower section of the front. This allows the Belly Pack to be supplemented with additional equipment. The combination of MOLLE Velcro surface and additional MOLLE loops increases functionality and supports modular equipment concepts.
The Belly Pack can be worn on its own, on a plate carrier or in combination with a rucksack. Thanks to its compact, close-to-the-body design, it can also be worn under a rucksack so that important equipment remains quickly accessible. This allows the Belly Pack to be flexibly integrated into different setups and integrated into existing MOLLE/PALS systems as a modular chest pouch.
There is a detachable waist strap made of 25 mm wide webbing on the bottom back. The scope of delivery also includes a carrying strap or carrying system, which is attached to the back at the top and bottom using robust plastic buckles. The entire carrying system can be completely removed if required.
The carrying system is made of 5 cm wide CORDURA® in the chest and shoulder area. This ensures a stable and resilient design. Two additional MOLLE loops are sewn onto the front of the carrying system to which small items of equipment can be attached.
The connecting piece of the carrying system also has a 5 × 15 cm Velcro surface on the back.
The Belly Pack is primarily aimed at emergency services, military users, official users and people who are on the move in vehicles. It is suitable for applications where important equipment needs to be carried directly on the body and quickly accessed without having to search for it.
The Belly Pack is particularly useful for users who switch between vehicle and movement, need to organize equipment clearly and are looking for a compact solution for frequently required items. The close-to-the-body carrying method, the modular interior organization and the additional fastening options on the outside make the bag particularly interesting for mission-related applications.
In addition to professional use, the Belly Pack is also suitable for bushcrafters and other outdoor users. Hikers are more of a secondary target group.
