Data sheet
The Zentauron Trauma IFAK Pouch Belt is a compact IFAK pouch for belts and belt loops designed to keep personal medical equipment organized. It is specifically designed for direct attachment to a belt or belt loop and can be worn vertically or horizontally, depending on the carrying system and personal preference.
With a volume of approximately 1.25 liters and dimensions of 10 × 18 × 7 cm, the pouch offers storage space for a custom-assembled first aid or trauma kit.
Inside, there are two mesh compartments as well as two large and eight small elastic loops. This allows various medical items to be stored in an orderly and secure manner.
Depending on the specific contents, items such as bandages, gauze pads, and other compact medical supplies can be organized.
The structured interior layout makes it easy to see everything at a glance and ensures that the contents do not lie loose inside the pouch.
The Trauma IFAK Pouch Belt can be customized depending on your personal mission profile.

A separate tourniquet pouch allows you to carry a tourniquet separately and access it quickly.
This ensures the tourniquet remains accessible independently of the rest of the contents and keeps the main compartment organized.
The belt version of the Trauma IFAK Pouch is specifically designed for direct attachment to belts and holsters. It can be worn both vertically and horizontally.
This allows the pouch’s position to be adjusted to the specific carrying system, the available space on the belt, and the preferred access situation.
Additionally, the pouch can be attached to MOLLE/PALS gear using an optionally available 5 cm MOLLE clip. The MOLLE clip is not included.
We demonstrate how to properly attach MOLLE/PALS gear in our step-by-step guide to attaching MOLLE/PALS pouches.
The pouch opens via a double zipper. Both zippers are equipped with large rubber pulls, making them easy to grip and operate even while wearing gloves.
There is a 5 × 5 cm hook-and-loop surface on the outside.
Here, you can attach medical markings, IFAK patches, or other compatible Velcro badges. This allows the bag to be quickly identified as medical equipment.
The Trauma IFAK Pouch Belt is suitable for users who want to carry personal medical equipment compactly and close to the body on their belt.
