Data sheet
The Zentauron IFAK Combi Pouch is a standalone IFAK and medic pouch with integrated attachment points for MOLLE/PALS systems as well as belts and webbing. This allows the pouch to be used flexibly with various carrying systems without requiring an additional adapter.
The IFAK Combi Pouch is suitable, for example, for body armor carriers, MOLLE vests, and compatible belt and webbing systems. Its design combines a compact form factor with a clearly structured interior organization for personal trauma and first aid equipment.
The pouch opens completely, providing an immediate overview of its contents. The interior features two mesh compartments, two large elastic loops, and eight smaller elastic loops. These allow items such as bandages, triangular bandages, disposable gloves, flashlights, bandage scissors, tubes, and other medical supplies to be stored in an organized and easily accessible manner.
On the outside, there is a separately accessible compartment with a Velcro closure for a tourniquet. This allows the tourniquet to be accessed independently of the main compartment without having to open the entire IFAK pouch.
On the lid of the tourniquet compartment is a 5 × 5 cm Velcro surface for identification, for example, with a “Medic,” “TQ,” or other identification patch.
The IFAK Kombi Pouch was developed as part of a concept for tactical first aid. The development process incorporated feedback from members of various police and military units, as well as collaboration with TREMA, the professional association for tactical casualty care in Germany.
The internal organization was tailored to materials from various manufacturers of tourniquets and bandages. At the same time, the guidelines of TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) were taken into account. Another key focus was on flexible carrying options, so that the pouch can be carried regardless of the specific equipment system.
The IFAK Kombi Pouch can be carried on both MOLLE/PALS systems and directly on suitable belt and suspenders systems. This allows the pouch to be used—depending on the specific setup—on, for example, a body armor carrier, a MOLLE vest, or a belt or suspenders.
You can find additional IFAK and medic pouches for various carrying systems in the IFAK Pouches category.
Depending on the medical concept and intended use, the pouch can be equipped with the following items, for example:
