Data sheet
This magazine pouch is designed for the magazines of the assault rifle G36 from Heckler and Koch. As still in the German Bundeswehr, this rifle is also in various other armies around the world in use.
With the double magazine pouch you have the possibility to attach your ammunition to your tactical equipment in a space-saving way, because the pouch goes in depth. You still have room to attach other pouches and equipment to your plate carrier, vest or chest rig.
The Zentauron magazine pouch is an open top pouch, the magazine is simply pushed into the pouch from above and removed in the same way.
The magazine is held by the U-profile made of Kydex in interaction with the cover of the bag. The lateral stabilization is created by the Kydex U-profile. An extra sewn-in tarpaulin provides more resistance in the bag. Thus, the magazine sits securely and firmly.
The contact pressure can be individually adjusted via the rubber cords on the side. The lacing causes the profile to be compressed more or less. This gives you the opportunity to optimize your magazine change.
The open top design allows the magazine to be removed from the pouch very quickly at any time, minimizing the time it takes to reload. After all, a quick magazine change can give you the decisive advantage in threatening situations.
TIP: For fastest magazine removal, the G36 magazine should be angled slightly, reducing the resistance of the profile and tarp.
Like most military magazine pouches, the Double Quick Draw Magazine Pouch is equipped with the MOLLE system.
For attachment to their tactical gear such as plate carrier, body armor or chest rig, there are two MOLLE straps and three rows of MOLLE loops on the back. This allows them to firmly connect the bag to their carrying system.
On the front are also MOLLE loops, with which they can attach other MOLLE bags or equipment to the bag.
