Data sheet
The Zentauron TTS Standalone Leg Pouch is a tactical leg pouch with a capacity of approximately 3 liters, designed to carry medical and other operational gear close to the body on the thigh. Measuring approximately 16 × 20 × 10 cm, it provides additional storage space without taking up room on a plate carrier, protective vest, or tactical belt.
The interior of the TTS Standalone Leg Pouch is designed for the structured storage of medical and operational gear.
On the inner side facing the body, there is a large compartment whose contents can be further secured with a webbing strap featuring a Velcro fastener. In front of this is a second, shallower compartment. Four elastic loops are attached to this compartment, allowing smaller items of equipment to be organized and kept within easy reach.
On the opposite inner side, there is another pocket whose opening faces upward when the bag is open. Two double elastic loops are attached to this area. Additionally, there is a wide hook-and-loop patch measuring approximately 8 × 4 cm in the center, to which compatible hook-and-loop modules or appropriately prepared gear can be attached.
The combination of pockets, elastic loops, and Velcro mounts allows the interior layout to be flexibly adapted to the specific application.
The TTS leg pouch opens via a double zipper. For quick access, it is equipped with two rubber pulls that make it easier to grip and open the zippers.
If the pocket does not need to be completely closed with the zipper, the Velcro closure at the top can be used instead. The closure strap is also equipped with a pull tab, allowing it to be quickly grasped and opened.
This provides two closure options: the fully closed double zipper or the quick-access Velcro closure for particularly fast access to the bag’s contents.
On the front of the TTS Standalone Leg Pouch, there are 4 × 3 MOLLE loops for attaching additional compatible gear.
In addition, a hook-and-loop patch measuring approximately 16 × 5 cm is attached to the front. It is suitable for attaching compatible patches, markings, or name tags.
There are also MOLLE loops on the side wings of the TTS leg pouch. This allows additional gear to be attached not only to the front but also to the sides of the carrying system.
Depending on your needs, you can attach items such as a tourniquet, a flashlight, or a pair of bandage scissors to the side MOLLE panels.
We explain step by step how to correctly attach compatible pouches to the MOLLE/PALS system in the Zentauron guide “How to Attach MOLLE/PALS Pouches.”
The leg holster is attached to the belt or belt loop and additionally to the thigh. The TTS pouch is connected to the leg holster via a large Velcro fastener.
A wraparound webbing strap with a buckle provides additional security against accidental detachment. This ensures that the pouch remains securely fastened to the carrying system even during movement. If necessary, the TTS pouch can be removed from the leg holster and reattached.
There is also a webbing handle on the upper back of the pouch. It serves as a pulling and gripping aid and makes it easier to grasp, position, and handle the leg pouch.
The standalone version thus forms a complete leg-mounted carrying system and does not require an additional leg plate.
The tactical leg pouch is suitable for military personnel, the German Armed Forces, police, government agencies, security services, and other emergency responders. Thanks to its versatile interior organization, it can be used both as a medic leg pouch and to carry other operational equipment.
The pouch is also ideal for users in shooting sports, airsoft, outdoor activities, and bushcraft who wish to carry additional gear directly on their thigh.
The standalone version is designed for users who need a complete and ready-to-wear leg pouch solution. The pouch and leg holster together form the thigh-mounted carrying system.
On the other hand, those who want to use the pouch flexibly with different TTS carrier platforms will find the TTS Trauma Pouch to be the modular option.
You can find additional solutions for carrying and organizing equipment on the thigh in the Leg Pouches category.
The TTS Standalone Leg Pouch is made from CORDURA® 560, which is based on polyamide 6.6. The complete system weighs approximately 360 g. The materials used are IRR- and NIR-compliant and thus tailored to the requirements of tactical and military applications.
The TTS Standalone Leg Pouch is manufactured by Zentauron in Germany.
The medical equipment, tools, additional pouches, patches, and other accessories shown are not included.
