Data sheet
The Zentauron Sprinter Pack Side Pockets are compact MOLLE backpack side pockets designed to expand the capacity of compatible backpacks. The set of two pockets offers a total of approximately 2 liters of additional storage space and is suitable for outdoor activities, hiking, trekking, bushcraft, as well as tactical and professional applications.
The side attachment creates additional storage space outside the main compartment, while the main compartment remains fully available for the rest of your gear.
The side pouches can be used with the Sprinter Pack, the Clip On Battle Pack, and the Clip On Medic Pack.
Thanks to the MOLLE/PALS attachment system, the side pockets are not limited to these models. They can also be attached to other backpacks with compatible MOLLE/PALS panels.
The Sprinter Pack’s slim design is specifically tailored for side-mounted use. Even with the side pockets attached, access to the backpack’s zipper remains unobstructed.
The pouches can be attached or removed as needed to accommodate storage requirements.
Each side pocket offers about 1 liter of storage space. Together, they provide approximately 2 liters of additional packing volume.
Measuring approximately 30 × 8 × 6 cm, the pockets are particularly well-suited for compact and elongated items of gear that need to be carried separately from the main compartment. For example, a 1-liter water bottle can fit inside a side pocket, giving a good idea of the usable size.
Access is via a zipper with rubber pulls.
On the back of each side pocket are three MOLLE/Faststick mounts for attaching to compatible MOLLE/PALS panels on the backpack.
This allows the side pockets to be used with both compatible Zentauron backpacks and other MOLLE/PALS-equipped backpacks.
The Zentauron step-by-step guide to attaching MOLLE gear shows how to properly attach MOLLE and PALS pouches to the carrying system.
You can find additional modular extensions and pouches in the backpack accessories section.
The side pockets provide additional storage space directly on the sides of the backpack. This allows gear to be stored separately from the main compartment and keeps it more easily accessible.
When hiking, trekking, or practicing bushcraft, smaller pieces of gear can be organized separately from the rest of your luggage. The side pockets also provide additional modular storage space on the backpack for training, shooting sports, and tactical or professional use.
The side pockets are made of Cordura® polyamide 6.6. The material is suitable for regular use on backpacks and modular carrying systems in outdoor, training, and operational settings.
The materials used are IRR/NIR-optimized. The side pockets are manufactured by Zentauron in Germany.
With a volume of about 1 liter per pocket, the side pockets provide additional storage space without adding significant bulk to the sides.
The slim design is particularly well-suited for users who want to expand their backpack modularly but do not need a large side pocket. Larger pieces of gear or significantly more additional volume, on the other hand, are better accommodated in a correspondingly larger backpack side pocket.
