ABC Protective Mask Pouch for Bundeswehr Protective Masks
The Zentauron ABC protective mask pouch is designed for both new and older Bundeswehr protective masks. It allows the protective mask to be carried on the carrying system, along with immediately needed equipment, in a compact and readily accessible manner.
In addition to the protective mask, smaller items of equipment such as gloves or protective goggles can be stored inside. Two separate interior compartments help keep these items stored separately from the mask.
Roll-top closure with additional security
The pouch is closed with a roll-top closure. The closure area is reinforced with plastic and is additionally secured with a Fastex buckle.
This allows the bag to be closed compactly and opened quickly when needed to access the protective mask.
Two-layer Cordura® construction
The outer shell consists of two layers of durable Cordura®. The two-layer construction ensures the bag’s sturdy build.
When empty, the CBRN protective mask bag can be rolled up to save space. This means it takes up less room when it’s not in use.
IRR/NIR-Optimized Materials
The ABC protective mask pouch utilizes IRR/NIR-optimized materials. This makes the pouch particularly suitable for military and law enforcement equipment concepts where, in addition to functionality and durability, the behavior of the materials used in the near-infrared spectrum is also taken into account.

Attachment to MOLLE/PALS, webbing, and belts
The protective mask pouch can be attached to compatible MOLLE and PALS panels using two MOLLE clips 7.5. This allows it to be attached, for example, to plate carriers, body armor, or other modular carrying systems.
Additionally, there is a two-part Velcro attachment on the back for securing the pouch to a belt loop or a suitable belt. This means the pouch is not limited to a single carrying system.

Can optionally be used as a leg pouch
With the separately available Leg Kit for the NBC Protective Mask Pouch, the pouch can be adapted for lateral leg carry.
The leg kit complements the existing attachment options and offers an additional carrying option for users who wish to position the protective mask pouch on the side of their leg.
