Tactical Shoulder Harness – Carrying System for Split-Front Chest Rigs and Battle Belts
The Zentauron Tactical Shoulder Harness is an anatomically contoured shoulder carrying system designed for split-front chest rigs, battle belts, compatible duty belts, and other compatible carrying systems. It was originally developed for Zentauron’s Modular Split Front Chest Rig and can also be used to complement existing belt systems.
The harness helps distribute the load between the hips and shoulders. This allows part of the weight of the carried gear to be supported by the shoulders, which is particularly useful for heavier Battle Belt configurations.
Anatomically shaped and lightly padded
The shoulder section is anatomically shaped and lightly padded on the inside. The entire surface facing the body is equipped with 3D spacer fabric.
The mesh creates a structured contact surface between the harness and clothing and promotes air circulation in the shoulder and back areas.
Five steel three-bar straps for attachment
The Tactical Shoulder Harness features five flat steel three-bar straps for attachment to the respective carrying system. They serve as attachment and guide points for the connected webbing straps.
This allows the harness to be connected to suitable split-front chest rigs, battle belts, or duty belt configurations and adjusted accordingly.
Compact MOLLE mounts on the back
The back features a compact MOLLE panel with four usable MOLLE channels arranged in two rows. The panel is designed for small and lightweight MOLLE components.
For example, small multi-purpose pouches, compact radio or accessory solutions, and other MOLLE components can be attached there, provided their attachment width matches the available 4 × 2 MOLLE panel.
For Split Front Chest Rigs, Battle Belts, and Duty Belts
The Tactical Shoulder Harness serves as an additional carrying component for modular gear systems. It is particularly useful with Split Front Chest Rigs, Battle Belts, or similar hip systems when additional weight needs to be distributed across the shoulders.
Thanks to its flat design, the harness can also be worn under a backpack or a protective vest.
